Taking up the same space as other Sharp 24-inch models, its larger interior measures 16-1/5 by 17-2/7 by 7-1/8 inches for 1-1/5-cubic-feet of space, which can accommodate a tall 20-ounce cup of coffee or a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish. The oven's exclusive Easy Open system activates a motor to open or close the drawer automatically with a simple pull or push of the unit's towel-bar handle. Or press the "open" and "close" buttons on the Auto-Touch control panel for one-finger operation. The unit's front-mounted touch controls make it simple to select the setting or set the kitchen clock and timer, and its digital LCD display provides clear information at a glance. Enhanced features include more Sensor Cook settings and defrost options, expanded Short Cut options like "warm" for heating maple syrup for pancakes or chocolate syrup or fruit sauces for ice cream; and a new Beverage Center that warms coffee or heats water for hot tea or instant soup.
